1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We accept returns and refunds under the following conditions:

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or video proof. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.

Lost or Undelivered Orders: If your package does not arrive within 30 days (or 60 days for remote areas), we will issue a full refund or send a replacement.

Quality Issues: If your item does not match the product description, please provide evidence, and we’ll assess your eligibility for a return or refund.

Change of Mind Returns: As part of our sustainable commitment and due to supplier policies, we currently do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizing. Please double-check product details before placing your order.

Used or Washed Products: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for used, washed, or damaged items caused by misuse.

2. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

If your order meets the eligibility criteria, follow these steps:

2️⃣ Review & Approval – Our team will assess your request within 2-3 business days. If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund.
3️⃣ Return Instructions (if applicable) – If a return is necessary, we will provide instructions. Please note that return shipping costs may apply unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval.
  • If a replacement is issued, you’ll receive tracking details once it has shipped.

4. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order before your order has been processed, once it has been processed and with the courier it cannot be canceled. You will need to request for a refund.
